When I came to Chicago to visit my sister several
years a go I fell in love with this fabulous city. The
beauty of the Architecture, the Lake View, the
Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier and I was impressed
at how very clean everything was. I had eaten in
the most beautiful restaurants in most
neighborhoods and found that the food was
excellent. It's a great city to visit and live in, and
Mayor Daley has accomplished so much!
I had previously owned a newspaper in Morocco
and look forward to learning about local news in
Chicago. And, I am very excited to share my
experiences especially with those new to the city.
I still share news as a free lance journalist, and am
a member of Union Internationale de la Press
Francophone in France, S.P.J Society
Professional of Journalism, World Trade Center,
P.A.C.E. And Media Bistro in Chicago. My first
article I submitted from America was about Free
Trade between Morocco and USA. The meeting
was at the Mid-America Club where the
Ambassador of USA in Morocco was present,
along with their delegation. It was a wonderful
experience covering the event for the paper in
Casablanca.
I am now teaching French and Arabic and look
forward to meeting new found friends every day. I
want to make it easier for people to make
reservations, to buy tickets, to set up events and
to do business networking.
