Retail Store Concierge Service  
  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the store and
    request assistance from a sales team member as appropriate
    to develop a relationship with that customer.  
  • Manages incoming store phone calls, promotes store events,
    and implements customer service programs.  
  • Concierge will continually improve their product knowledge
  • Additional duties may be required upon request from
    management.
