recently co-hosted Breakfast for the Bride with several of our favorite
vendors in-and-around Chicago. This Breakfast at Tiffany’s-themed
event was a huge success with a long line of guests wrapped
around the block when the doors opened at 10 AM on Saturday
morning.
The first 50 brides that RSVP’d and entered, received a tiffany blue
bag filled to the rim with not-to-be-missed gifts, even including
fragrances for the guys gratis romane fragrances (don’t worry, we
would never leave the groom out of the fun!). Over 200 guests
flooded in the door of EG Jewelry in the West Loop, but not before
grabbing a mimosa at the door. As the brides glided around the
room their senses were filled with the smells and sensations of
sweet orchids by Blumen Designs, a Tiffany Box wedding cake by
Food Stuffs, tunes including the Audrey Hepburn version of Moon
River by Toast and Jam DJs (did you know that Moon River was
composed just to fit Audrey Hepburn’s vocal range and then it
almost got cut from the movie? Feel like reminiscing? Listen and

We were honored to have one of our local talents and celebrities
join us at Breakfast for the Bride as well. Stephen Rosengard
(Project Runway) made a special appearance, and drew the
winning name of the bride who won over $10,000 of free wedding
services. The participating vendors donated FREE day-of wedding
coordination services from Kiki Reef events, a $1500 gift toward
handcrafted jewelry from EG Jewelry, $1500 towards outfitting the
wedding party from Scarlet Designs, a custom Coffee Table Album
from Gerber & Scarpelli photographers valued at $1000, $1200
towards a day of music from DJ services from Toast & Jam, and
$500 towards a delicious wedding cake from Foodstuffs Catering.
