Teaching has been a rewarding journey on many levels and a big part of the inspiration behind SheaNetics.  Dance and sports were early
attractions to a life of fitness and with a natural curiosity and passion I broadened my list of many fitness certifications.  SheaNetics evolved as
I began to combine practices and add new choreography to create a unique complete body fitness experience that includes TRI-CORE Power
training.  It is essential to any performance based physical activity.  I also gained insight into eastern philosophy through the study of martial
arts and the knowledge that fitness is both a state of the body and mind.  I found that for positive changes to be life lasting the body and mind
must be connected in the effort.  SheaNetics incorporates Five Living Principles, Commitment, Perseverance, Self-Control, Integrity and Love,
to both inspire and serve as a personal foundation for all that you do.    


Who are great candidates 4 sheanetics & how is it different from every other workout program?

As a revolutionary mind-body practice
SheaNetics has a broad appeal from ages 25 to 75 for men and women, fitness buffs and athletes,
people who want to get into shape, those who wish to maintain their present state of fitness and many who want to take it to a higher level.  It’
s a total body workout with a continuous flow of movements - you feel like you’ve given yourself a massage all-over!  But the big difference is
that SheaNetics gives you TRI-CORE POWER.  It is much more complete than just the regular ab-core workouts you get with most other
exercise programs.  It can really help you to build, tone and sculpt muscle and increase flexibility while adding strength to all three of the key

So you are the new health/wellness spokes model for
UR Supermodels. What are you hoping to do for the fashion community?

We each see an evolution taking place in our respective industries with a common emphasis on improving the quality of life for each of us as
an individual.  For example, there is increasing recognition of the physical and mental demands to be found in professional modeling.  
SheaNetics promotes a healthy and natural way to help strength and tone muscle and control weight while providing a positive approach to
finding well-being which in turn promotes peak performance.



Can u tell us about any upcoming projects or how
Sheanetics is being introduced?

Since SheaNetics has such a broad and inclusive audience, we are reaching out to various media and distribution channels.  In addition, to
my work with
UR Supermodels and promoting healthy mind-body fitness, we have an infomercial airing with Home Shopping Group as we
speak.  In January 2010 QVC will be hosting us and our new 6-disc DVD/CD workout and original music collection as well as our planned
future library of SheaNetics DVD/CDs.  I did an interview recently with Lake Forest TV and SheaNetics will soon be featured by ABC in an
upcoming report on how to get fit for your wedding dress.  SheaNetics will show you the way while encouraging you to use this opportunity as
a positive catalyst for the rest of your married life as well.  


You look amazing, how often do you incorporate
Sheanetics into your workout program? What else do you do to stay looking so fit and healthy?

SheaNetics is part of my everyday workout and I add cardio 3-4 times a week.  I also try to eat healthy by adding mostly fruits and vegetables to
my diet.  However, I also feel a little bit of what you fancy is just fine.  Denying yourself is not the answer but portion control is the key to
creating a balanced diet.  

What can some of us who cant take advantage of your personal training be offered? And will audience still get results from
Sheanetics DVDS?

You get three powerful workouts, three original music CDs to energize you and an inspiring SheaNetics lifestyle booklet.  It’s a great way to

When using the DVDS, how often do you recommend using them? You can begin to see positive results by...

The workouts are each almost an hour long – just like the classes I teach and you should do them at least two to three times a week.  Each
workout though can also be divided into 20 minute segments so you can spread it out filling time slots that conveniently fit your weekly
schedule.  All you need to start is a mat.  If you are doing the full
SheaNetics DVD workouts 2-3 times a week you will start to see and feel
positive results in 2-3 weeks.  As you continue with the practice you will also experience breakthroughs and accomplishments in your
performance and movements you never thought possible for you to do.

Can you remind us of the 5 living principles used in the Sheanetics philosophy & how do they apply to Shea's everyday life?

The Principles are Commitment, Perseverance, Self-Control, Integrity and Love.  I would like to share a true story with you that helps
demonstrate why the Principles play such a big role not just in my life the lives of others.  Recently, a student, we will call Mark, from class
shared that he’d just been laid off.  On his last day he had been working on a project and suddenly had to make the decision to either
complete the project or to leave it for someone else.  He said he thought about the Five Living Principles and decided to finish the project
before leaving.  He certainly showed a tremendous amount of Integrity.  But along with that, Commitment, Perseverance, Self-Control and
especially Love, as he was able to leave having set the best example he possibly could.  The great irony of this story was that about a month
later, his old company called him up and asked him to come back to work.  

Getting personal a moment, how do your children/grandchildren feeling about you having such an amazing figure? Is there more pressure
being a celeb?

I am blessed with a loving and supportive family.  We are all proud of each other and the path each us has chosen in life.

So is the focus on
Sheanetics for now, or will you still be acting/modeling? What can we look for?

Promoting SheaNetics is my primary focus.  But as a lifestyle practice that inspires healthy living it reaches out to many areas including
teaching, acting and modeling.  SheaNetics has designed a jewelry line for distribution to which we hope to add related “green product lines”
including clothing, vitamins and exercise equipment.  There is a SheaNetics book already written and planned for publication, as well as
certification of SheaNetics instructors along with the program’s introduction to various high end health clubs.  All of these efforts are guided by
the
SheaNetics Principle of Love.  It encourages us to always set the best example we can in anything we do.
